Lead with the proposed range

Tell us which specific goods you want to introduce. Include a clear description, the maker’s name and a small selection of images you are permitted to share. A short, well-described range is easier to consider than a large folder with no indication of which items are current. Separate finished products from concepts or prototypes.

Bring the practical information

Include sizes, materials or ingredients where relevant, packaging details and your preferred business contact. Explain which supply details are confirmed and which would need discussion. If you have product information, care instructions or relevant documentation, say what is available rather than making a broad claim that everything is covered.

Keep expectations clear

A BeeGoods introduction opens a conversation. It is not an order, a guaranteed listing or confirmation that your goods are part of a launch collection. Tell us the timescale you are working toward and the kind of collaboration you have in mind. We can then respond to a concrete proposal and avoid both sides making assumptions about quantities, prices or launch dates.
